PAYMENT DETAILS  

Cost per delegate to attend the IEEE PASC Meeting co-located with the
Open Group conference (includes attendance at any of the open events)
is US$275.00 for members/associate members of The Open Group, and US$495.00
for non-members. This includes the Monday night reception and the 
Wednesday night Members Dinner.

Cancellation Policy: Substitutions of delegates may be made at any
time. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax) to the
appropriate Open Group office listed above. Cancellations received on
or before 12 January 2001 are subject to a cancellation service charge of
US$100.00. Cancellations received after 12 January 2001, and non-attendees,
are liable for the full attendance fee.

ACCOMMODATION 

A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the conference venue at
special Open Group rates. These rooms are available on a "first reserved"
basis until the allocation is filled. This rate is only available to
those bookings made prior to the 12th of January 2001, and to those
bookings made via The Open Group, and is subject to availability.

All reservations require a credit card guarantee. Guests who do not
cancel their reservations 48 hours in advance of arrival day or fail to
check in will be charged one night at the room rate. Please supply your

The room rates do not include taxes.  When The Open Group room allocation
is filled, or reservation is made after 12 January 2001,the above rates
are subject to availability. If you have asked us to reserve a room
within our deadline, we will email room confirmation numbers within 7
